The 2014 Gevrey Chambertin Coeur du Roy was cropped at just 23 hectoliters per hectare because of the venerable age of the vines. It has lifted scents of wild strawberry and macerated black cherries on the nose， with a pastille-like purity. The palate is medium-bodied with grainy tannin and good body. This is quite structured with a dense， with spicy finish that just needs to forage a little more flesh.

アン・コンブ、マルシェ、エポワンチュール、ジュイーズと４つの区画からなる村名ジュヴレ・シャンベルタン。ヴィエイユ・ヴィーニュよりもさらに樹齢が高い。煮詰めたカシス、コケモモ、ダークチェリーの香り。凝縮した果実味にキメの細かなタンニンが溶け込む。アフターにはビターチョコのような香ばしさ。
